Last November Thursday 12th and Friday 13th, the XIth CFESSI meeting took place in the city of Rosario, Province of Santa Fe. For the occasion, Marcelo Vasquez and Antoine Gallier, President and manager of ClusteAR were presented.
On Friday 12th, the meeting has started with some presentations from the local authorities, focusing their speech on the importance that this Province gives to the IT sector. Then the Rafaela’s City Council has explained how they support the industry by creating clusters inside the city.
On Thursday afternoon and all Friday, the Chambers and clusters from across the country has worked on the 4 major axis about the 2004-2014 National Strategic Plan: Human Resources, Internationalization, Financing and State´s Computerization.
Throughout this meeting, has been presented people from Buenos Aires, Tandil, Rosario, Córdoba, Rafaela, Mar del Plata, Corrientes, Mendoza, La Plata, Tucumán and Neuquén, along with the CESSI (The Argentinean Chamber of IT companies) leaded by its new president Fernando Racca.
This meeting has been a great success considered that the link between all the clusters has been consolidated. Also new strategies have been determined for the industry to keep growing.
The next meeting will take place in the city of Tucuman in April 2010.
Desde hace algunos años son notorios los cambios a consecuencia de un nuevo paradigma económico y social propiciado por las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC).
En este marco y ante la necesidad de crecer y buscar nuevos mercados es que se nace ClusteAR para producur una sinergia entre las empresas TIC’s Jujeñas para generar nuevas oportunidades.
