For some years the changes derived from a new economic and social paradigm favoured by the Information (and Communication) Technology (IT) have been notorious.

Today, the information is led as one of the fundamental values, becoming, in many occasions, the main objective of the entities; making the IT the engine of a new economy, generating de birth of new business models, jobs and even professional profiles.

This process of change and transformations that the ITs are configuring has led to the Information and Knowledge Society to be refered as a progress framework, but above anything as a challenge to contribute to the reduction of democratic deficits and social inequalities.

Because of this, the policies of promotion of access to the information and knowledge society need a collection of actions, agreed and executed jointly by the government, companies and universities.

Within this framework and in response to the need to grow and seek new markets, the synergy between the IT companies of Jujuy takes place in order to generate new opportunities.
